Cadabra Cleaning Texas provides residential and commercial cleaning services according to the services selected by the customer and described in the applicable quote, estimate, booking confirmation, service agreement, or other written communication.
Services may include, depending on the customer’s selection and the applicable service area:
- Recurring residential cleaning
- One-time residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Office and facility cleaning
- Other cleaning services specifically agreed upon by Cadabra Cleaning Texas and the customer
The specific scope of work, frequency, price, and service requirements may vary based on the property, condition of the premises, requested services, and other factors.
Cadabra Cleaning Texas reserves the right to decline or discontinue services that present unreasonable safety risks, hazardous conditions, illegal activity, excessive biohazards, infestations, dangerous animals, or other conditions that our personnel cannot safely address.
Unless specifically agreed to in writing, cleaning services do not include hazardous-material remediation, mold remediation, asbestos removal, pest control, exterior high-rise window cleaning, biohazard cleanup, or other specialized services requiring specialized licensing, equipment, or certification.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing Cadabra Cleaning Texas with accurate information regarding the property, requested services, access instructions, parking requirements, pets, special conditions, and any known hazards.
Customers must provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
Customers are responsible for securing valuables, cash, sensitive documents, medications, firearms, and other personal property before service.
Customers must notify Cadabra Cleaning Texas in advance of any condition that could reasonably affect the safety of our employees, contractors, or personnel.
Cadabra Cleaning Texas may refuse or discontinue service if conditions at the property create an unreasonable risk of injury, illness, property damage, or other safety concerns.
4. Quotes And Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the customer and, when applicable, observations made during an in-person or virtual assessment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, estimates are not guaranteed final prices. The final price may change if the actual condition, size, layout, level of soil, number of rooms, requested services, pets, furnishings, or other relevant characteristics of the property materially differ from the information provided when the estimate was prepared.
Any material price change will be communicated to the customer when reasonably practicable.
Quotes may expire after the period specified in the quote. If no expiration date is stated, Cadabra Cleaning Texas may modify or withdraw a quote before the customer accepts it.
5. Pricing And Payment
Customers agree to pay the price applicable to the services ordered or otherwise agreed upon with Cadabra Cleaning.
Payment may be required at the time of booking, upon completion of service, or according to the payment terms established between Cadabra Cleaning Texas and the customer.
Cadabra CleaningTexas may require a valid credit or debit card to be maintained on file for recurring services or other services where payment authorization has been provided.
Customers authorize Cadabra Cleaning Texas and its authorized payment processor to charge the applicable amount for services, approved additional services, applicable fees, and other amounts properly owed under these Terms or an applicable service agreement.
Prices may be changed prospectively with reasonable notice.
6. Cancellations And Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cadabra Cleaning Texas may charge a cancellation, lockout, or rescheduling fee when an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or becomes inaccessible with insufficient notice, as disclosed to the customer at the time of booking or in the applicable service agreement.
If no specific cancellation fee has been disclosed, Cadabra Cleaning Texas reserves the right to establish reasonable cancellation and rescheduling policies based on the type of service and circumstances involved.
Recurring customers may be required to provide advance notice before canceling recurring services, as specified in their service agreement.
Cadabra Cleaning Texas may cancel or reschedule appointments because of weather, emergencies, staffing limitations, unsafe conditions, access issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Access, Lockouts, And Entry
Customers are responsible for ensuring that Cadabra Cleaning Texas personnel can access the property at the scheduled appointment time.
If personnel cannot access the property because of a locked door, missing key, malfunctioning access code, security system, gate, parking restriction, or other customer-controlled circumstance, the appointment may be treated as a missed or lockout appointment and applicable fees may apply.
Customers should provide accurate and current access instructions before the appointment.
8. Pets And Animals
Customers must disclose the presence of pets or other animals at the property when booking services.
Customers are responsible for securing animals when necessary to protect the animal, customer, visitors, and Cadabra Cleaning Texas personnel.
Cadabra Cleaning Texas may refuse or discontinue service if an animal presents a safety risk.
9. Property Damage And Existing Conditions
Cadabra Cleaning Texas will use reasonable care when performing services.
Customers acknowledge that certain surfaces, finishes, fixtures, materials, appliances, flooring, countertops, furniture, and other property components may be damaged by improper maintenance, age, pre-existing deterioration, defective installation, manufacturer defects, ordinary wear and tear, or the use of cleaning products or methods that are inappropriate for those materials.
Customers are responsible for disclosing known sensitivities, special materials, fragile items, recently installed surfaces, manufacturer restrictions, or special cleaning requirements before service.
Cadabra Cleaning Texas is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, deterioration, defects, or conditions that were not caused by Cadabra Cleaning Texas.
Customers should report any alleged damage to Cadabra Cleaning Texas as soon as reasonably possible after discovering it.
